Cancellation Policy
2026 policy:
24hr cancellation-25% of appointment total.
Day of appointment cancellation- 50% of appointment total.
No call no show- 100% of appointment total.
Grace period is 15 minutes, after that we will need to reschedule and 50% of appointment total will need to be paid upfront to do so.
